Based on the condition you described, we recommend that you use AFM Naturals Clear Penetrating Oil or tint the AFM Polyureseal BP. Because you have stains, you would apply tinted polyureseal to the areas that are not stained and apply non-tinted polyureseal over the areas that are stained. There is no easy way to get rid of the stains. The objective here is to even out the variations in color.

Is there a product that will give my floors a finish that looks more natural than a water-based polyurethane?
The water-based polyurethanes we carry are high-performing and very low-VOC, but sometimes a more natural, less glazed finish is desired. Green Depot offers a very eco-friendly solution that rejuvenates wood and enforces its natural beauty, while protecting it from daily wear and tear.
AFM Naturals Clear Penetrating Oil is made from 100% organic flax, linseed, hemp and soybean oils, and contains no mildewcides, fungicides, preservatives, or other toxic chemicals. It provides a smooth finish for any unfinished and untreated wood surface, including floors, rails and stairs. It works by penetrating deep into the open pores of the wood, creating a water- and oil-resistant protection membrane.
Application is easy and can be done by any flooring or general contractor, and touch-ups can be accomplished easily. AFM Naturals Clear Penetrating Oil is biodegradable, so it can also be used on kitchen counters and tables. Is there a way to insulate my walls without replacing the drywall?
There's need to suffer in a too hot or too cold home, to continue paying high energy costs due to insufficient insulation, or to suffer through an expensive or time-consuming insulation process. Cel-Pak Cellulose Insulation is a blown-in insulation product made from shredded, recycled paper, and requires only a small hole in your existing wall to apply. The material is literally blown into your empty wall space, using a hopper with a blower.
Cel-Pak not only delivers excellent thermal performance, depending on the thickness of the wall space, but is class-A fire rated, and borate-treated to resist mold and mildew. It contains no formaldehyde or any other toxic solvents that could potentially off-gas after application.

Is there a greener option in spray paint?
