Protector is a 100% acrylic coating that restores natural color while providingl water repellency and U.V. and stain resistance, as well as protection against mold and mildew growth. This finish seals composites, unlike solid deck stains, paint, and high-build coatings that are prone to peeling, cracking, or chipping. The chemistry is formulated using nano-particles to penetrate composite decks while coating the exposed wood fibers on the surface. When applied properly, a single coat of clear will seal your deck without leaving a shiny appearance. It is non-film forming and low maintenance, and also comes in three popular ready-mixed colors. ASTM 3273 tested for mold and algae. Guaranteed for up to 4 years.

Moldex Deck! can be applied with a garden-type pump sprayer, brush, roller, or staining pad.
Use on wood decking, railings, spa surrounds, fences, siding, trim, painted and unpainted surfaces, wood, concrete, brick, stone, pavers, and more. Safe to use on composite decks such as Trex, WeatherBest, Rhino Deck, Correct Deck, Geodeck, Timbertech, ChoiceDeck, Evergrain, Boardwalk, Oasis, Fiberon, and Veranda.

Colors: Moldex Deck! Protective Sealer is available in Clear, Cedar, Mahogany,and Coastal Gray.

Coverage: Expect coverage of 400 square feet per gallon on composite materials. Expect 200 to 300 square feet per gallon on new wood and 150 to 200 square feet per gallon on older wood.
