Most cup lids you'll find on the market are lined with polyethylene (#1 plastic) and won't compost. World Centric biodegradable and compostable lids are made from NatureWorks Ingeo™ polylactic acid (PLA), which is derived from corn, so it is fully compostable.* 50 lids per package.
