Solatube Brighten Up! Tubular Daylighting Kit

The Solatube 160 DS and 290 DS Daylighting Systems feature patented Raybender® 3000 and LightTrackerT Reflector technology. A patented dome lens captures daylight from all angles, including low-angle winter sunlight, and redirects it down the highly-reflective Spectralight® tube into interior rooms. It also rejects overpowering summer midday sunlight, providing consistent, full spectrum daylighting throughout the day. Highly effective and simple to install, the Brighten Up Series can transform dark interior rooms, and can illuminate more expansive spaces. Solatube daylights are great for bathrooms, hallways, corridors, utility rooms, dens, home offices, kitchens, dining rooms, and closets. Choose the 160 DS for areas of 150-200 square feet, and the 290 DS for areas of 250-300 square feet.

The standard DS160 (10") and DS290 (14") kits include: 1 Brighten Up® Series Tubular Daylight (10" or 14" diameter), pitched metal roof flashing, VusionT diffuser, Natural (Clear) Effect Lens for brilliant white natural daylight, two 16" straight tubes for a total drop of 43", and a white interior trim ring that blends in with most ceilings. Optional accessories include a bathroom ventilation kit (10" only), dimmer kits and add-on light kits (for nighttime), designer ceiling trim, softening lenses, an Optiview® diffuser with Fresnel lens, and extension tubes.
