Notable Projects

Green Depot is proud to be the green supplier of choice for so many commercial and residential building projects. From large LEED jobs to small home improvement projects, we work 24/7/365 to ensure that each project meets all product goals and specifications.

Take a look at a selection of notable projects we have supplied:

Green Depot supplied BCUE with a variety of sustainable buildng materials for the build-out of their new headquarters. In the summer of 2008, BCUE was awarded the “Adaptive Re-Use” title in the Building Brooklyn Awards, presented by the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce, for turning this 16,000 square-foot industrial warehouse space into a cutting edge LEED-certified space.
Brooklyn Navy Yard, Brooklyn, NY
Green Depot supplies the Brooklyn Navy Yard facility with a wide range of “green” janitorial supplies on an ongoing basis. With a facility that spans over 40 existing buildings across 300 acres along the waterfront, these alternatives to the standard, more toxic products used previously afford a signficant reduction in indoor air pollution and overall carbon footprint.
Greenbelt Residences Greenbelt Residences, Brooklyn, NY
Green Depot supplied many of the materials used in the construction of this project - the first LEED-certified apartment building in Brooklyn - including recycled steel studs, recycled gypsum panels, sound attenuation projects and no-VOC insulation. Green Depot also handled much of the LEED documentation and backup that can often be onerous for the developer. Read the case study.
